I have psoriasis disease from 10 year old plz help me

I bought this for my mother 6 months ago. On the left she has big psoriasis patch which is red and inflamed. After few months of treatment and diet guideline her patches are not red anymore and size has become half. We are very satisfied mother is also happy because itching is much less. 😇
